About Savannah
Savannah is a New Jersey native who found herself in North Carolina in 2021 after accepting a Graduate Assistantship position at Wingate University. While in grad school, Savannah worked as a Sports Performance Coach for the DII university.
After graduating, she accepted a coaching role through Novant Health, working in small group personal training, large group sports performance, and alongside Novant’s top physical therapists in a return-to-play setting.
During this time she began taking on clients through the Life of Strength gym in Fort Mill, SC — where her love for 1-on-1 personal training and powerlifting coaching blossomed! In late 2024 she took a leap of faith to build her own business, and to coach people in a way that actually got results.
This means:
No large group training where it is hard for people with previous injuries to get the focused attention they need.
Coaching that goes beyond the gym walls. Real change requires compliance and continuous conversations about your nutrition + lifestyle habits.
Having a coach who cares about your pain-points and finding ways to resolve them, rather than a commercial gym coach whose after a bottom line.
Working with Savannah is adding someone to your support system — someone who wants to see you succeed!
