Two coaching tracks are offered — personal training or powerlifting. Both options are offered fully online, fully in-person, or hybrid. Hybrid coaching is a great option for anyone looking to get guidance on their technique, but may not want the frequency of 3x or 4x a week.

Both fully online options require no additional purchase. Both the in-person and hybrid options require the purchase of any package type. Price per session decreases as package size increases.

Online Personal training

$115 / Month

For those who lift at dusk or dawn! For anyone with an unpredictable or unconventional work schedule, online personal training offers flexibility with the benefits of having a personalized program and a personal trainer.

Includes: monthly programming, video feedback, nutrition advice, weight loss or gain guidance + accountability help.

Online powerlifting coaching

$150 / Month

Traditional online powerlifting coaching for those who want to test the waters on the platform, or those with an edge to compete. Open to any age or level of experience.

Includes: monthly programming, video feedback, nutrition advice, assistance with changing weight classes, peaking and tapering planning, meet day handling.

in-person coaching packages

For those who want a coach’s eye in-person. Great for anyone who is just getting back into the gym or for those completely new to strength training or powerlifting!

Purchase coaching packages for fully in-person or hybrid coaching.
