what is hybrid coaching?
Much like the post-Covid work style of “hybrid learning” or “hybrid working,” hybrid coaching is partially in person and partially on your own time. Hybrid coaching is a great option for anyone wanting real-time guidance on their technique, but may not want the frequency of 3x or 4x a week.
With hybrid coaching, we design a plan that works for you. On a 4x a week program, this could look like 2 sessions that we do together in person, and 2 sessions that you complete separately on your own time. With a 3x week program, this could look like 1-2 sessions together, and the other 1-2 on your own, with options to rotate which days we meet in person to ensure all lifts are being coached!
